Check a Company's Record Before You Sign

Taiwan's government publishes every labor-law violation and fine in a free, public database. Three minutes now can save you a bad year.

🔍 Official Ministry of Labor Lookup System

Search by company name — see any past violations and fines on record.

Go to the lookup system →
Go to the official site

announcement.mol.gov.tw

Search the company's registered name

Or filter by region to see every violation in an entire area.

Review the record

Violation type, date, penalty amount, and case number — save a screenshot if you find anything.

📌 As of October 2025, violation records published are no longer removed after a set period — companies can't quietly age their record off the list.

What a result does — and doesn't — tell you

A record means the company was formally penalized — worth asking about, not necessarily a dealbreaker. No record doesn't mean "clean," only "no violation on file" — pair it with interviews and reviews from former employees.
